Mechanical Systems

Wear of mechanical systems is inevitable in the demanding conditions in which electrostatic precipitators and fabric filters operate. Clyde Bergemann EEC has extensive experience in providing designs that minimize wear and tear and correct existing collector problems. Electrical Systems

Significant improvement in control technology affords the opportunity to improve electrostatic precipitator and fabric filter performance or improve reliability by upgrading existing systems through the installation of state-of-the-art microprocessor based controls.

Rapping Systems

Collecting surfaces, discharge electrodes, distribution media and hoppers are subject to particulate build-up during normal operation. When such build-ups occur, reduced electrical clearances and distorted flow patterns develop inside the particulate collector, resulting in decreased performance results. Clyde Bergemann EEC’s rapper systems have been developed specifically for the removal of such particulate to provide a wide range of controlled rapping which is essential to the proper operation of a high efficiency precipitator. The maintenance free Microprocessor based rapper control is designed for maximum service life and easy operator interface.
